These terms apply to your use of Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks (kleinfeldhotelblocks.com), which is operated by LM Media Worldwide, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website, sending us a request, or opening an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We help couples, planners and organizations find hotels and secure room blocks and group rates for their events. We contact hotels on your behalf, gather their offers and help you compare them.

We are not a hotel and we do not provide accommodation. When you reserve a room block or book a room, your agreement is with the hotel, on the hotel's terms, including its rates, deposit, attrition and cancellation policies. Please read them before you sign.

2. What it costs

Our service is free to you. We are paid by hotels, usually as a commission on the rooms your guests book. This does not change the rates hotels offer you.

3. Rates and availability

Rates, availability and terms come from the hotels and can change until a hotel confirms them to you in writing. We do our best to pass on accurate information, but we cannot guarantee a hotel's rates, availability, service or performance, and we are not responsible for a hotel's acts or omissions.

4. Your information

Please give us accurate details. If you send us information about other people, such as your partner or your guests, you confirm you are allowed to share it with us for this purpose. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts

If you have an account, keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that breaks these terms.

6. Partners and affiliates

If you join as a partner or affiliate, you may share your referral link and see the requests that come to us through it.

Promote your link honestly. Do not send spam or suggest you are us or the hotels.
Only refer people who have agreed to be put in touch with us.
Keep the information you can see about referred clients confidential, and use it only to support those clients.

Any referral fees or commissions are set by a separate written agreement with us. We may change or end the partner program, or remove a partner from it, at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website. That includes sending false requests, trying to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, interfering with the website's security or operation, collecting other people's information, or using automated tools to scrape or submit to it.

8. Our content

The website's text, design, logos and images belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content commercially without our written permission. Hotel names, photos and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Other websites

The website links to hotels, maps, reviews and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

10. No warranties

We provide the website and our service "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including that the website will always be available or free of errors.

11. Limit on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a hotel's acts, omissions, rates or policies. Because our service is free to you, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims and costs that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
