I cannot recommend Sarah and the Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks team enough! From the very beginning, the entire process was seamless, organized, and completely stress-free. Planning a wedding comes with so many moving pieces, and having someone handle our hotel block so efficiently was one less thing I had to worry about.

Sarah was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions promptly, kept me updated every step of the way, and made everything so easy to understand. I never felt overwhelmed or confused because she guided me through every detail.

She secured a wonderful hotel for our guests, negotiated a great group rate, and handled all of the communication with the hotel. What would have taken me hours of researching, emailing, and comparing options was completely taken off my plate.

The best part? This service is completely FREE! I honestly couldn’t believe there was no cost for the amount of time, effort, and expertise they provided. It’s one of the best wedding planning resources I’ve come across.

We booked our hotel blocks for our NYC wedding with the help of Ashley at LM Media and it was so easy. She found many hotels at affordable price points in the neighborhoods we were looking at. She held our hand through the whole process, including helping us schedule hotel tours. I can't imagine getting a better deal or having an easier process than the one we had with Ashley. I highly recommend LM!

Sara Hess is a superstar! The most stressful part of having a wedding in New York is the cost it has for guests coming in from other states. Being able to find Kleinfield Hotel Blocks was a lifesaver. They do all the hard work for you, find NUMEROUS hotels, so many bundles and perks and waived fees, and provided helpful information on rates and distance from the venue. It was such a relief being able to get such a great hotel block for our guests and make the journey up to NY more memorable and comfortable!

This is such a wonderful service. Our daughter is being married in NYC. Apparently, her wedding coincides with a Harry Styles concert and the US Open. The hotel she originally wanted was booking at almost $900/night… far too much for our wedding guests! We worked with Marcie who was phenomenal! She was so patient, thorough and responsive. We had a choice of several hotels with much better price points . It’s a terrific service ! Many thanks!
