The Manner has 3 unique Food and Beverage venues helmed by acclaimed Chef Alex Stupak: The Otter, Sloane's and The Rooftop (with unobstructed views of the city skyline). Hotel guests are also welcomed into The Apartment - a guests-only space that offers a selection of breakfast sandwiches, fruit and global newspapers in the morning and snacks throughout the day. It also plays host for our evening aperitivo hour where guests and their friends can enjoy a few small plates from Chef Stupak’s kitchen with cocktails.

The outdoor patio situated on Thompson Street is a great venue for rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches. Discreetly located on the second floor of The Manner hotel, Sloane's is a cocktail bar with impeccable service, sophisticated bar snacks, and a delicious, thoughtful drinks program. Sloane's is a stylish spot for pre-dinner cocktails and post-reception after parties. The Rooftop at The Manner offers an idyllic escape reserved for guests and their friends. Featuring unobstructed views of the city skyline, it’s the perfect setting for a serene escape for morning coffee, golden hour unwinding, an evening drink, or soaking in the sights from above SoHo. Perfect for vow readings and cocktail receptions. The Duplex Penthouse draws inspiration from Halston’s modernist offices in the Olympic Tower, transporting guests to a bygone era of New York’s glamorous social scene.
