City View Apartment Suite - Our 1200 sq. feet Apartment Suite is the top of the LINE. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views of the city and the historic Picadilly Building. Hollywood Hills View Apartment Suite - Our 1200 sq. feet Apartment Suite is the top of the LINE. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping views of the city and the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory. Each Apartment Suite features a private bedroom with California King bed and bathroom with freestanding tub and walk-in shower. The separate living and entertaining area with a couch, large workspace, dining area and separate guest water closet.

With event menus from a two Michelin star chef, 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space (including a greenhouse restaurant), and a commitment to culture and design, the LINE LA is the ideal space to inspire creativity and maximize productivity away from the office. At 4,081 square feet, Gramercy Ballroom is our largest single gathering space and can handle a variety of events, from meetings to conventions to premier parties. The spacious room can also be divided into three individual rooms with independent access to an indoor/outdoor foyer and garden. Designed by architect Sean Knibb, the serene Gramercy Garden is the perfect escape for a breather or private conversation. Movable glass walls can create a unique indoor/outdoor space that can accommodate a reception of up to 100. Our 2nd floor outdoor pool deck is where food, drink, socializing, and relaxation really come together. Served by our adjacent greenhouse restaurant, Openaire, the pool deck can accommodate private events for up to 250 people Opposite the Openaire greenhouse on our 2nd-floor pool deck is Openaire East, a perfect outdoor spot for private gatherings of up to 75 people. Located on the 2nd floor, the Breezeway is an outdoor space that offers privacy without being too far from the energy of Openaire restaurant and the pool deck. Brothers Mark and Jonnie Houston throw it back to the 1980’s with Break Room 86, which features a dance floor, classic breakroom snacks, and even karaoke suites. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is a 1,400 square-foot deco-disco dreamscape, with a speakeasy ATM machine entrance, stage, full A/V capabilities, DJ booth, and the a very photogenic LED light dance floor.
