We booked our hotel blocks for our NYC wedding with the help of Ashley at LM Media and it was so easy. She found many hotels at affordable price points in the neighborhoods we were looking at. She held our hand through the whole process, including helping us schedule hotel tours. I can't imagine getting a better deal or having an easier process than the one we had with Ashley. I highly recommend LM!

Sara Hess is a superstar! The most stressful part of having a wedding in New York is the cost it has for guests coming in from other states. Being able to find Kleinfield Hotel Blocks was a lifesaver. They do all the hard work for you, find NUMEROUS hotels, so many bundles and perks and waived fees, and provided helpful information on rates and distance from the venue. It was such a relief being able to get such a great hotel block for our guests and make the journey up to NY more memorable and comfortable!

This is such a wonderful service. Our daughter is being married in NYC. Apparently, her wedding coincides with a Harry Styles concert and the US Open. The hotel she originally wanted was booking at almost $900/night… far too much for our wedding guests! We worked with Marcie who was phenomenal! She was so patient, thorough and responsive. We had a choice of several hotels with much better price points . It’s a terrific service ! Many thanks!

We needed a hotel block for our WIPA NY industry event in Manhattan and Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks made it completely effortless. They secured an incredible deal at Dream Downtown including a complimentary suite and courtesy room block with no financial obligation. The whole process from initial outreach to signed contract was smooth and fast. They handled every detail, negotiated terms we never could have gotten on our own, and were always responsive. If you are planning any kind of group event and need hotel accommodations, this is the team to call. Cannot recommend them enough.

My fiance and I are getting married in Honolulu Hawaii and had a difficult time trying to find hotel blocks and understanding all the rules, concessions and more. I stumbled upon Kleinfield through a reddit post and reached out to them. Sara Hess has helped us from September 2025 until now (March 2026) to help us find a hotel perfect for us, our family, and friends. She provided a spreadsheet with information about all the hotels, their discounts, rates and more info. We did have a bit of a back and forth because some of the information on the spreadsheet didn't translate to the contracts that we received from the hotels or there were hidden stuff that weren't included/updated in the spreadsheet so we did have to go back and forth a few times with different hotels. But, Sara always stayed in contact with the hotels and made the process a lot easier for us. Thanks so much to them and her team!
