True to Faena’s ethos, it will captivate both locals and travelers alike, becoming a beacon for those who desire to be part of New York’s ever-evolving story. • Four distinctive venues totaling 7,000 square feet of entertainment options on two floors • Signature Restaurant by Argentinian Celebrity Chef Francis Mallman: located on ground floor, overlooking the new landscaped plaza with direct access to the High Line Park. Features a bar and 134-seat dining room, including semi-private section that can seat 54 guests. Open all day, offering breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner and a late-night menu. Nightly entertainment: live music starting at 8pm followed by DJ from 10pm onward. Restaurant will open on July 15, 2025. • The Living Room - Accessed via lobby grand staircase, located on 2nd floor, features a full bar at either end of the room, 150 seats and a 900 square foot terrace facing the High Line Park. A grand 160-foot-long gallery will feature a spectacular painted mural and connect the Living Room to El Secreto and La Cava. A section of the Living Room can be privatized and seat 46 guests with an additional 8 at the bar. Open from 3pm to 2am, the Living Room will serve light fare. Live Music from 8 pm to 10pm, followed by DJ from 10pm onward. • El Secreto – Spectacular intimate nightclub with a unique design, can welcome 40 guests at a time. Available for private parties, cocktail receptions or casual meetings, it is connected to The Living Room and La Cava. • La Cava – Inspired by the original La Cava at Faena Buenos Aires, this wine cellar can seat 24 guests. Faena New York will offer varied spaces perfect for an intimate welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, after party, farewell brunch and more. Our Spa, Tierra Santa Healing House will also be perfect for pre or post enjoyment for those looking for the ultimate in relaxation, rejuvenation and restoration. • Tierra Santa Healing House is our South American-inspired spa. Designed as an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation, Tierra Santa Healing House offers bespoke treatments and experiences that merge ancient rituals with contemporary techniques. • One of the largest spas in New York with 12,000 square feet of amenities, including retail, 10 treatment rooms, Faena signature hammam, dry and infrared sauna, steam room, and five plunge pools offering differing temperatures, and a salt or scented complement to the Hammam experience. The spa is open to adults 18 and older only. • The Spa also features an expansive fitness center with the latest equipment, and a separate movement studio.
