Camelback Resort is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. The property sits on and around Camelback Mountain, giving it a wooded, mountainous setting rather than a traditional urban or downtown environment. The surrounding area is a recreation-focused Pocono resort community, with ski areas, outdoor adventure parks, waterparks, restaurants, shopping, and state parkland nearby. The resort is particularly convenient for families because many attractions are either on the property or only a short drive away.

Camelback Resort was founded in 1963 with the Ski Area Camelbeach Outdoor Waterpark opened in 1998 Camelback Lodge, the hotel, opened in 2015 We hold the title of Pennsylvania's Largest Outdoor Waterpark.
