- Mansion at Glen Cove
This historic mansion was once the home of Charles Adams Platt in the early 1900’s. It’s 55 acres of lawns along Long Island’s Gold Coast with tons of meeting space to host a post-wedding brunch onsite or rehearsal dinner. They have an indoor heated pool as well as an outdoor pool, a 24-hr. fitness center, spin & yoga studio, shuttle service, spa, plus the hotel is pet friendly.
2. Inn at Fox Hollow
Centrally located, the Inn at Fox Hollow is an all-suite hotel located along Long Island’s famous Gold Coast. Each guestroom or suite features a dining and living space and either showers or deep-soaking tubs. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast and dinner (M-Th), free Wi-Fi and they have shuttle service available. Our favorite spot is the Hearth Room with the fireplace where the hotel offers cookies and coffee, but if you prefer an adult beverage, the Vintage25 Wine & Bar Lounge is where to be. They also have an Italian restaurant with live music, Volpe.
3. The Roslyn Hotel
A boutique experience in the historic village of Roslyn, The Roslyn Hotel offers free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel. The rooms are bright and contemporary with multiple suite options. If you’re up for a show, don’t forget to catch one at My Father’s Place. A revamp of an iconic lounge that hosted legends like Springsteen, The Police, Madonna, and Eddie Murphy.
4. Hampton Inn Jericho – Westbury
Located right off the Long Island Expressway, the Hampton Inn Jericho-Westbury offers a free hot breakfast daily and even has the option of a junior suite or bridal suite for the big day. It’s also a quick train ride to New York City’s Penn Station being only 7 blocks from the Long Island Rail Road Station so it’s a quick day trip away.
