Founders

Our founders Laura Krueger (pictured right) and Michelle Donson (pictured left) are longtime friends and hospitality professionals who have a combined 30 years of experience. Individually, Laura has directed several sales teams, negotiated thousands of contracts, and consistently exceeded national sales goals for such hotel chains as Wyndham, Radisson, and Starwood. Michelle has worked in group sales and banqueting for Marriott, directed several sales teams with InterContinental Hotel Group, Wyndham, and Starwood, earning prestigious awards such as “Salesperson of the Year” twice consecutively for Wyndham Hotel Group’s national sales team. As a team, Laura and Michelle use their passion for hospitality and their industry knowledge to find creative solutions for their clients.
